Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. For example, a purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Items purchased using PayPal must to be returned online to receive credit to a PayPal account. Shipping and handling for the delivery, pick up charges any applicable tax will not be refunded.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
However due to the personal nature of spa products, if the spa products have been opened and/or used, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. For sanitary reasons, it is impossible to verify the quality of our spa products once they have left our possession and therefore are not resellable.
