Order and Shipment

We are able to take PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Credit cards are processed when the order is placed. Customers also can pay via Banking Transfer to the company’s bank account as below:

Orders will only be processed after payment has been received. We will contact you after you have placed your order with the cost for shipping.

We can ship the product world wide. For shipment the package, we normally use Thailand Post EMS to those countries that accept it, or DHL/FEDEX/TNT to other countries depending on the services each country accepts. Flat rated shipping charges are calculated base on customer’s continent as table below:

Orders will typically ship from our shop no later than 72 hours after we receive them. When your order is shipped from our shop, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your order. If you feel your order has exceeded a reasonable amount of time to arrive, please contact us. If you order is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyers expense or order refunded minus shipping costs. The receiver is responsible for any additional tax or charges that may apply.

We warrants to the customers that the products sold and purchased shall be manufactured from good raw material and in accordance with the accepted standard of manufacturing and craftsmanship. We also warrants that the products shall be brand-new shall be free from all defects or deficiencies.
